Shipping Policy

Green Shipping Materials

We get it. We love to shop online too, and we have a pile of cardboard just waiting to be repurposed. By using only re-used, 100% recycled, recyclable and/or renewable shipping materials we honor our commitment to reducing waste.  This includes any material we use to pack and ship your order. 

Handling Time

During regular store open hours, all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, unless the product page lists any special shipping or handling requirements.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

All orders include standard shipping free of charge.  If you choose expedited shipping at checkout you will be charged a flat rate of $29.99.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

International Orders

Currently we do not offer international shipping options.
